The Opportunity
As a core clinical provider, you'll perform aesthetic injectable treatments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver a premium patient experience focused on education, safety, and natural-looking outcomes.
You'll collaborate closely with the aesthetics and wellness team to ensure continuity of care while helping patients achieve their long-term aesthetic goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead patient consultations from assessment through treatment planning, education, and follow-up care.
- Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments, along with additional injectable procedures appropriate to your training, licensure, and scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation, including standardized before-and-after photography.
- Partner with the aesthetics and wellness team to support patient retention, rebooking, and coordinated treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing clinical education, team training, and optional patient education events or approved clinic content.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of independent hands-on experience performing neuromodulator and dermal filler injections.
- Experience working in a medical aesthetics, med spa, anti-aging, or cosmetic medicine environment.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Colorado Springs, including one later evening during the week and Saturday appointments as needed.
- Excellent patient communication skills with a warm, confident, and consultative approach.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to follow physician-led protocols and work closely with the Medical Director.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience discussing or supporting wellness and longevity services, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, IV therapy, and PRP treatments.
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as patient conversion, average treatment value, retention, and rebooking.
- Interest in growing with an established clinic while helping build its reputation within the Colorado Springs community.
