Registered Nurse (RN) Injector

We're looking for an experienced Iowa-licensed RN Injector who enjoys consultative patient care, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering natural-looking aesthetic results in a premium patient experience.
The Opportunity
This is an owner-operated 4Ever Young location, where leadership is actively invested in building a supportive team and developing high-performing providers. You'll work in a physician-led, protocol-driven environment focused on clinical integrity, education-first consultations, and exceptional patient outcomes.
The ideal provider combines strong injection skills with the ability to educate, build trust, and guide patients through long-term treatment plans without using high-pressure sales tactics.
The required schedule includes Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, with opportunities to expand into additional clinic hours over time.
What You'll Do
- Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections independently while maintaining exceptional safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including facial assessments, treatment planning, expectation setting, and long-term maintenance recommendations.
- Educate patients on aesthetic and wellness treatment options through trust-based, consultative conversations.
- Deliver a premium patient experience that encourages retention, referrals, and long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following physician-led protocols and infection control standards.
- Help grow your patient book through consistent clinical outcomes and outstanding patient care.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Independent experience performing both neuromodulator injections (Botox®, Dysport®, or equivalent) and dermal filler treatments on paying patients.
- Candidates with only toxin experience or assisted injection experience are not a fit for this role.

Availability every:
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Excellent consultation and treatment planning skills.
- Strong documentation habits and adherence to infection control standards.
- Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment where patient education, conversion, and retention are measured through an education-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
- Experience with biostimulators such as Sculptra® or Radiesse®, or interest in expanding into these treatments.
- A facial balancing philosophy with a focus on natural-looking aesthetic outcomes.
- Comfort discussing wellness services including hormone optimization and IV therapy.
- Availability to work additional clinic hours beyond the required schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $35–$45/hour base pay plus performance-based commission.
- Flexible Commitment: Required schedule is limited to Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, making this an ideal supplemental opportunity.
